Returns & refunds

RETURNS

If the product you received is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product due to our error, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.

If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods, following an inspection. Return shipping costs (€10) will be paid by the buyer.

If you enter the wrong shipping address during checkout and the order has already been processed, any return shipping costs and redelivery to the correct address will be paid by the buyer.

If you mistakenly placed the same order twice and these orders have already been processed (and therefore cannot be changed), we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are received, following inspection. Return shipping costs (€10) will be paid by the buyer.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email, we can only change the order or its details if the order has not already been processed. If the order has already been processed (usually within 24 hours), you can only exchange or modify the products by returning them after receiving them. In this case, return shipping costs (€10) are paid by the buyer. For any other issues, please contact us at info@skincaremyo.com
